Abstract

This report analyzes surveillance data of TB notifications by age in Hong Kong from 1990 to 2015. The impact of population ageing on TB notification rates in Hong Kong is significant towards End TB targets. Enhanced surveillance together with age-sensitive analysis particularly focusing on older people is recommended.
