Zika preparedness and response in Viet Nam

For the past two years, Viet Nam has been working to strengthen surveillance, preparedness and response capacities under the Global Health Security Agenda (GHSA). This article describes the Viet Nam Ministry of Health’s (VMoH) activities to prepare and respond to Zika virus (ZIKV) and the impact of GHSA investments on this response.
